Terrible service and no clue how to cook a steak. I should have known better for ordering a steak from here.

As a family of five, it is almost impossible to serve us and get it perfect, but Amber was darn near close! She had 3 other tables to wait on, one of them was a 6-top, but she was very patient with us while we waited for my husband to meet us there. Service was definitely 4 stars, the food was average. The kids meals were pretty decently sized with lots of healthy choices for sides like pineapple chunks, steamed broccoli, a salad, etc. They also had fries as an option. We'll probably go back again. Our meal was actually on the cheaper end of the spectrum (for us) at $45, plus the tip.

I wish I could give them a zero star rating. This place sucks bad. Don't waste your money. Maybe I would give this place a couple stars if the service was better. I went in at lunch time, the place was empty (First Clue to do an about face and find some place else to eat.) I ordered a burger and fries. Nothing special. Let me just iterate this.. I only get an hour for lunch. It took a half hour for a waitress to stop by the table and take my drink order... I should have just got up and left then, but I figured I still have a half hour I will still give them the benefit of the doubt. Ten minutes later she returns with my drink, and takes my order (Burger and fries). It took 45 minutes to get my burger.. Yes I said 45 minutes. The burger was just average.. It sure wasn't worth the money and time it took. Long story short.. Average food, terrible service. Do not come here to eat if you are hungry or in a hurry. Empty restaurant and still took an hour and a half to get out of there. No my math isn't wrong.. It took another twenty minutes to get my bill.

Was there for lunch. Took 3 times to get a appetizer correct. Then food came cold for 2 of us. 4 in party. Then one other dish came out warm and the 4th dish we were told it will be a few minutes. We complained then left with out lunch. We used to go there weekly. Now we won't ever go back. The service has gone to the worst in Fort Wayne. We eat out on average 3 times a week.

Tonight we ate at Chili's and the food was great. Our Texas Cheese Fries were superb and our Quesadilla Explosion Salad was wonderful to sum it all up.

Good food, bad service. We had the nachos, a smoky burger with onion rings and bacon on it and the lunch fajitas. But our waiter was not very attentive. My water glass was empty when he brought the main course and he said he'd get me a refill. However, I was done with my meal and had to ask again for water. Finally I got some. Getting the correct bill was also a problem.

Went to chili's for lunch today. The money they invested in their remodel (nothing more than a paint job and they took out windows exposing the bar to the dining room) should have been spent on training the staff. The server/bartender Heather taking care of us was struggling w/ all of 3 tables, only 1 of which was actually eating and 1 person at the rail. Took twice as long to get the drinks as it should have, only to have 1 of them be incorrect. I'm going to say that was because our server has such a good memory that she can remember everything w/o writing it down. It's only impressive that you can remember orders in your head if you can actually remember them. Had to wait just as long to get the correct drink. Ordered a soup, had to ask for crackers to go with them. Soup was cold by the time the crackers arrived. 45 minutes later our lunch gets to the table, we only ordered appetizers. Do I want a refill? No, I'm done eating now. All together it took us over a hour and a half for lunch. Good thing we were not in a work lunch break. The entire time we were there I didn't see a manager once! Maybe the presence of a manager would have affected the way the staff operates. I highly doubt it though. Probably the only reason this ship hasn't sunk is because of it's location across from the mall. 1 star for food, 0 stars for the HORRIBLE service.

We came late after our roller derby tournament and Chilis is handling the big crowds phenomenally! Chandler so graciously brought us dessert to celebrate and the wait staff is being very patient with all of us. The food was great and drinks were delicious. Thank you chilis!

Fort Wayne, In. Clean restaurant. Servers we pleasant, but service was a little slow. My steak was well-done instead of the medium-done I had ordered. They did offer to bring me another one, but i declined due to time crunch. Deserts were an average of $6, but were big enough to share and they were good. There were several selections on the two for $20 menu. Portions size was good. Fries were cold. Coffee and tea were good.

Walked in with our family of 5 only to be told to wait. Half the business was empty. The hostess told us we'd has to wait on another family to leave before we could be seated. After talking to the manager (a lady that looked like worked in the kitchen) she basically told us that's we would have to wait until the family decided to leave. A terrible first experience!!

For being a chain restaurant I ether enjoy it sometimes. Check in on Foursquare and get free chips and salsa!! Also the margarita chicken salad is pretty delicious, and the fajitas are pretty good as well. Service can be touch and go sometimes and you can get a great server or a terrible server, luck of the draw I guess. I'd come back, just not too often

Went here the other day for lunch. Ended up getting the soup and salad with fried pickles. First off the fried pickles looked like they had been breaded in breading that had not been sifted in a while. The reason I say that is because the breading was falling off and they were a lot of clumps in what was served to us. Then it took about 45 minutes to receive our salads and soups. The place wasn't even busy. To top it off the soup was luke warm at best. The server didn't even ask me what type of dressing I wanted for my salad she just brought me ranch. What is happening to the standards at restaurants anymore? May never go back.
